How can I open an ID check from an order on Shopify?

You can easily open the corresponding ID check from your orders on Shopify.

From the order details page in your Shopify dashboard, click the More actions dropdown. Then scroll to the View ID check option.

This will open the corresponding ID check for that order, if there is one.

What happens if there isn't an ID check associated with the order?

If there is no ID check associated with an order, Real ID will open a new ID check form for you so you can easily make a new ID check for that particular order.

What if the order is by a repeat customer that's already ordered from us once before and is already verified?

Real ID will search for the past completed ID check and open that automatically. This way you can view the past ID check easily from the newer orders from the same verified customers.
